- My blog is a compilation of tracks and footprints left in the sand. I'm always discovering new philosophies, new tidbits of knowledge, but most importantly it's a place where I explore being mindful of the present moment and the power that holds. I muse over civilization, culture, evolution, the "power of now," and what it might mean for human beings to simply "be" here and be OK with that.
